Vega Timeline

1’st Year

I began Vega with a bit of a head start in terms of operations
and the daily routine at Vega as I did imagination lab.

I stayed about 7km from Vega in Athol Heights.

Was quiet random the road running parallel
to the road I was staying in was called. “Alistair” road :P

I really enjoyed my 1’st year at Vega and branched off at the end of the year to pursue
Multi-media as my specialization.

2’nd Year

2007 Marked the start of my multi-media path.
Was a smooth road until I failed to submit one of my assignments,
Never,
Ever again.
A big fat O on one’s mark sheet is no joke.
As the year progressed,
I
Started
Sliding
Into
A
.Hole.

an all consuming void.
A ruff place, a broken heart.
I felt all consumed,
my inspiration drained,
from an emotional death.

I barely scraped through but I made it,
Credit is due but I won’t say to who…..

3’rd Year

I felt free,
I felt uplifted
But not for long,
there’s something missing,
being too blind to see that I was
pushing the needle into my arm.
I decided to let go,

to forget about the consequences and
take a chance.
When I opened the box I don’t like what I saw,
but it was the truth and it hasn’t set me free.
I have lots of doubt about so many things.
There’s only one thing that can set me free
I have to run, walk or crawl with my red flag
to an end goal.
I have nothing set,
only debt within this harden exterior shell.
I’m sick of this place,
I want the world to know
can’t seem to do anything but paste.
Paste
Paste
Paste
“Ctrl+V”

It’s cause of a lack of inspirations,
need to get hard wired, plugged in and up to speed,
drop a few gears to hit the red line,
momentum and torque need to sync in time.

As I wave my flag above my head,
It’s this colour because my soul was dead.

Overall:

Vega has not only thought me how to be creative and think creatively
but the people here have been a source of inspiration for me.
I love meeting, working and connecting with people and
Vega's working environment offers a space for creative beings
to express themselves...

I’d rather sit and listen...
someone that can only hear the sound of
their own voice won’t learn anything.
I believe that everyone is a designer and
we all have creative talent and
we all start designing at some point.
